I ve been limited few days ago aand found this forum.It looks there are many good topics but mainly fo US/UK.
Can anyone help with limited bulgarian paypal for 180 days - what is the way to withdraw money after when I can link bank acount. Will be possibel to withdraw them to old VISA or I have to do a new VISA?
