Ebay a/c's fine but Paypal a/c's 45 day hold!

Hi there, this is my first message so apologies if it's in the wrong place?!

I have a pp a/c linked to my personal bank a/c which has tonight been limited without appeal and the money will be sent to me in 45 day. Exactly the same thing has happened to my wife for her pp a/c. The emails from pp say that the accounts are linked but I wonder why an individual is not allowed to have their own pp a/c?? I will give them a call when open tomorrow but wonder if they will stick to their guns? We have done NOTHING wrong.

Also, as the Ebay accounts are still fine, can I just replace one of the banned pp a/c's with a brand spanking new pp account that I can set up quite soon. I need to do this as I have auctions finishing in 2 days and the email from pp says I cannot accept any money into the pp a/c - which is strange.
