Hi all :)

Just joined and could do with some help, lost everything through eBay and paypal suppenion :( what's the best way to get started ? Have got new pc and ip address

Welcome to the forums!

Your best off to start with my getting the stealth guide and reading round the forum!

Do not try to make new paypal/ebay accounts until you've learned the stealth ways otherwise you will be linked back to your old account and suspended again.

Its great you've got a new IP but a new pc isnt neccessary all you need to do is make a new user account to keep your cookies seperate.
