I'm a new at this all,trying to be carefully,not to link or get suspended...

I have been only able to get one ip address,so I decided to buy stealth accounts with everything from user name,to phone #.Using VPN to log in.
Now as I continue to go between the forum and the book.....
1-How do I withdraw funds from pp once I start selling (not my bank or vcc acct. on it)?
2-When is it ok to update/change the phone# associated with accounts too (not mine either or gmail)?

All my accounts are activated with limits lifted on pp :pry:

1/bank account withdrawal is easiest but there are ways to cash out paypal by billing yourself from another paypal or merchant account.
2/changes can cause flags, so they can be done whenever, but then dont try and list something straight away, or it can look like a hack
