Ebay Suspension-Help!!!
Hi guys, i am a newbie on here, got this notice from ebay yesterday on three accounts all at the same time.
MC021 CIT NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Breach of User Agreement
We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended indefinitely due to concerns we have for the safety of the eBay community.
Why have we suspended your account?
From experience we know that certain items and actions are more closely associated with fraudulent activity on eBay than others. Under the eBay User Agreement we may suspend an account if we believe that the user may cause eBay or another eBay user financial loss or legal liabilities. Two of my accounts were in my name but one was personal and one was business. Was also selling on my sisters account who lives in another town but i was selling from my IP address not sure if that makes it a problem. The reason i used her account is because the business account was limited as fairly new and the other one had loads of previous poor feedback!!! I know they arent going to let me back on so really just want some guidence on starting up again with new identity. I know they track you through your IP address so this concerns me. I have tried switching of wireless router overnight but IP address still the same. any help would be appricated. |
