Hey everyone,
Corporation President here, trying to learn from the Big Dogs on the board. Looking to get back on ebay as well as Amazon; bought both ebooks. However, I might need some expert consultation for our specific situation:
Customer Service reps in different locations
one valid ebay acct currently
some other stuff.

after reading the ebooks and absorbing it all; I'll determine if we need an hour or 2 of some expert consultation to make sure we have it all correct on the very first try. We don't have room (or time) for trial and error.
