Hi sell MS Office 2010 professional pkc

Hi, i can get few MS office pkcs from work every month, i tried to sell these on ebay, but they wouldnt let me,and i got suspended after few tries,but there r still few sellers able to sell the same pkc on there, so can anyone give me some suggestions on how to sell those on ebay?
