Hi guys. Freshly suspended noob here.
 

:yar: Hi guys. Boy am I glad I found this forum! :hail: I had my seller account suspended by ebay with no warning. Just when my sales were starting to pick up and the POSITIVE FEEDBACK starting coming in. started out as a 0 feedback seller I had it running since January this year with no problems, then suddenly 3 days ago I go to sign in only to find out my account had been suspended. :eek: I felt like a was hit by a bus. If that was not bad enough they even spammed my email inbox with the same message saying that I had been suspended for violating ebay policy. :shocked:

I was using my brothers paypal account which I didn't know was linked to his old suspended ebay account, that had been suspended because he listed 3 items for auction, while he was still a noob and didn't read the fine print. they only sold for $1 when they were worth a whole lot more, so he aplogized to the winning bidders saying the items where out of stock and refunded whatever they had paid through paypal. The buyers instead of being a little understanding they instead left negative feedback because they didn't get a $60 item for a buck, which resulted in my bro's suspension. and.. now mine, :doh:

They haven't touched my personal buying account though, which I have been using for a few years now. Luck cos I would of really been pissed. :mad2: I buy stuff off ebay alot. Never once left negative feedback for a seller either.

Anyway I just need to get back to selling. our actual brick and mortar business is struggling at the moment and could use the extra income that nazibay provides. Just like the majority of you guys I'm a pretty honest person so hopefully I wont get suspended again any time soon. :pry:

I remember feeling the same way that you did when I got the suspension e-mail, except mine was due to selling VeRO items without authorization. I'm working on creating stealth accounts until I get my website up and running. But I am a college kid and literally started with $50, so things are slow.
