Hello Everyone help needed

I am new to the forum and just recently purchased the ebay stealth guide but i cant get it to download. while i wait for a reply for aspkin anyone who may be able to help let me know.

I have been shut down on about 4 accounts with ebay and this was my only source of income. I hope to get back on and maybe even get my original account restored.
