Hi,

After getting screwed by paypal, I started searching for class action lawsuit info and found this site. After reading through some of the posts, I have realized I will not get my $95.52 back.

I suppose I should consider myself lucky for only losing $95.52.

I now add ebay/paypal to the list of "enemies of the people".

Thanks to whomever created this site. The only way to get even is to get people to stop using them. The only way to do that is to raise the level of awareness.

A good class action lawsuit would help.
