Getting back on Amazon with a laptop and router

I'm new here, bought amazon Ghost. saw some examples with a desk top PC and a router.. what if I have a laptop and two other desk tops? I know I need to work on changing the router MAC address, what about the modem? I'm not really great with computers so any help is appreciated.
