what the best way to go about this buy/make new ebay/paypal

Hi, best way is to make multiple stealth accounts and use them nice and slowly, as to keep 'under the radar'.
dont worry theres plenty more about this in the stealth book which explains everything. It is free to make ur own stealth accounts, so I suggest experimenting and getting grips with it.
On the other hand, u could buy them from sellers on here which have good feedback from buyers, which would cost . I would personally do it myself free as its free and too difficult, just gotta follow the stealth guide.
But then again, its up to you. I would suggest doing further research from the forums, use the search box at the top.

Welcome to the forums. First step I would suggest is either getting the stealth guide and/or reading a lot around the forums.

There is really no simple solution for getting back on eb ay and hoping to stay active.

As rsot states the stealth guide is your best bet for gaining understanding quickly of creating and following stealth guidelines....

However you can purchase accounts from the link below who are authorised account sellers:

up many banks in my name and address
open up paypal with my name but not real address then add bank cards then add a prepaid card to get verifide
do i put prepaid card in my real name and address or not

If you've got the book get subscribed. then you can view the subscribed forum, then you'll find lots of juicy stuff. It will get you where you need to be much more than open forums. Some of the more experienced stealthers are reluctant to put too much on the open forum as we never know who the 'guests' are that are viewing. As you get known and people get comfortable with you you will be amazed at what you learn

Take it easy with the bank accounts. Has to be current accounts as savers are not as efficient. Look into NatWest Step, Halifax Easycash, RBS Key Account etc etc

Also, when verifying via any credit card you will be asked for docs (proof of name and address).

But many people use Entropay and 3v or VCC sellers on this forum.

ok great so when i make a enzo account i use my bank card and put all
my real detail in and ebay/paypal can see this is this right

Not sure what an 'enzo' account is, if you are referring to Entropay, you should use your real details to open an account with them. Using stealth details with Entropay will likely result in them requesting documents as well.

PM one or two of the sellers on here and ask them. I feel sure one of them, particularly if they specialise in the UK, may be able to help you;)

That depends - if you can absorb knowledge and you can think before you act then I cannot see why you should have any problems at all.

Step One - get hold of a copy of the stealth guide
Step Two - read it about 5 times making notes of all the things you are not sure of
Step Three - come on here and do your research and ask questions
Step four - get back on the venues and make sure you don't make the same mistakes again

hi ive read the stealth book and set up a new paypal and ebay account. im struggling with the bank account side of it though i have a bank card that has never been used on ebay but its registered to my living address would if i added this account would i get closed down again due to the address?

^ Use a VCC with your PayPal account instead.
