Hi all & I need help

Hi all,

I have 2 accounts that are currently Below Standard. My accounts are not suspended and I don't have a problem with eBay. I've been a long time seller on eBay but the late performance was really bad that it prevents me from selling. I'll be missed out on the shopping season, which is so sad
