6 yrs, 100% occasional buyer, suspended after trying to sell used garage sale type items

Welcome to the forums- this sucks but getting suspended as a buyer? Very rare...why?

I was suspended as seller when refused to cancel purchase due to buyer remorse. It seems I got hit by an account which eBay uses to extort FVF and insertion fees.
I refused to pay those fees as sale was cancelled not by me, with no my wrongdoing and then eventually got "both" suspensions.

Are you saying an account can be suspended only for selling ?

Not at all.

ebay will suspend accounts if they are for selling or for buying.

Suspensions are ebay's perception of how you have broken their inflexible rules.

What might be morally correct to you, is of little to no consequence to them. Bye bye account.

In the future, you might consider being a little more flexible if you wish to beat ebay:juggle:

Ah I follow - so you went against the seller policy and did not pay - ok that makes sense. Your account might be reinstated if you pay but that choice is yours....

AFAIK in any culture, religion it is unethical, unmoral to request salary for work not done.
Thus I call eBay rules fraudulent not "inflexible"
Just because I overlooked in their Terms&Conditions they can actually steal from me does not mean I accepted that part of T&C when signing for an account.

Their ceo wrote me I am suspended for life as person.
