help plz verification phone and address paypal
 

hi ,i bought a verified paypal account on the web,1 month ago,last week i received my friest payment 30$ after the payment i got limited for secutity reason,paypal asking me to :comfirmation address showing them proof of address or billing and they said (alternative available) visa card and phone number and they asked for confirm idenity also (alternative available) adding creditcard ,,which card i have to add and how do i confirm the phone number ? i am living outside the US and using it from ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP which shows i am from US

i am using hidemyip. the probleme is i need phone verifaction ,

HidemyIP is prob what caused you problems especially if the IP skips out on you.

so which ip i have to use to show my pc on USA ,i beleive hidemy ip working perfect

Yeah hideip is a bunch of **** mate it doesn't work for crap. PayPal can tell all that

paypal and ebay knows the ip-adresses from popular vpn providers like findnot, hidemyass, privacy.li etc.

they have a blacklist of those ips.
i think it makes more sense to create a new stealth ebay and paypal account again.

also the url of the vpn service is sometimes listed in your ipadress.

best way are unique ip adresses from vps.
