paypal question from newbie

Just got to this forum and it is been something i've been looking for quite a while. Hope to learn a lot and have a lot of good experiences with this forum.

I want to learn how to make paypal work without physical credit card/debit card. I want to purchase netflix through paypal. It would be much appreciated if i could get info on how to do this.
