I believe my eBay will be banned soon due to a low dsr score so I have joined the stealth camp to setup new ebay and paypal accounts.

It doesn't really matter if you make another or 100 more ebay accounts, the reason is not how many but the reason is why you got those low DSR's. You should really look into improving those scores in your next and every account. If you dont, you will get stuck into the same problem like in the 1st account.
