Got identified for all my accounts -- 2 ebay accounts and 4 paypal accounts.

Reason? I used US IP address to sign up for a China paypal account? Sounds suspicious? No, because I am a Chinese student in US!

ebay/paypal never listens to customer's explanation and always assumes the worst about people's intentions

That's their business to do that.

Make sure you fully read the T&C of both companies.

They state they have the right to do what they WANT.

paypal will rarely understand a user's intentions.

Learn to be stealth.
