Thanks everyone! Yeah I am trying to reread the guide and check out the forums. One concern is that if I can't create a new bank acct for a new paypal to link to, how can I access funds. I suppose this question needs to be addressed in a different section though. Thanks again for the warm welcome.

You will need a bank account to withdraw from pp. com - not hard to get bank account
