Hello all! Sadly I have fallen victim to eBay "policies" decided to suspend my account and limit my PayPal. Looks like this place is a wealth of information, already bought eBay stealth. I'm gonna have a look around and ask some questions.

Appreciate the welcomes, in the 10 minutes I've been looking it seems I have already found a few answers. Where would one go to get a little more detail on ip change? I've read the stealth book, but for some reason either I'm crippled at this or I'm screwed.
