Hi yes it was 1 infringement policy on a vinyl graphics item ! as i have a vinyl graphics business but there is such a grey area in the market as i have a Design listed which i have used for around 2 years not a problem !! plus there are the same items still listed on ebay now which i find really strange as i was the first to add the logo and the others who are listing still purchased from me ?:shocked:
anyway i got a message from ebay stating i had breech a police and said that i had a 7 day suspension ! so i thought ok i can deal with that as i have about 600+ items still listed.
Next morning after they give me the 7 day suspension another one of my graphics got pulled:shocked:so i contacted ebay straight away to find what was going on ,and all they basically said was someone has reported you for selling there item ! which shocked me as the item i was listing was a royalty free item and was on the open market freely to use,so i explained till blue in the face and all i got is (we take serious actions when people tell us about items that are infringed upon) explained i had not etc etc etc and they gave me a 30 day suspension:eek:
Then got up next morning (ACCOUNT SUSPENDED INDEFINATLY) i though what is happening 10 years on ebay 1000* 99.8% and shut me down saying we think it safer for our ebay community no explination at all !!:clap:
But to this day there is one seller who still sells this item and is selling lots dont know what happened to the other 2 i think i got grassed up just so they could have the cream cause what i had learnt over all the years running my site is there are lots of jealous people on ebay who always want a bite of the cherry and try and price you out of the market,but hey with this site i think i will be back up and running soon !:typing: |
