Hi everyone,
I just happened to come across this fab forum today after I got fed up of trying to figure a way to sell on ebay.
I was suspended in January this year because basically over xmas I sold alot of bracelets that I hand make which are similar to a designer brand but at a fraction of the price.
I had 15 people open cases on me saying they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goods which they were not as stated in my listing they were handmade by me.
Anyway to cut along story short I refused to accept returns as I was a private seller for 3 years and didnt have to and because I knew I had done noting wrong and not breached any rules.
So ebay decided to pay out to all the cases even though they took no action against me and they suspended me a month later with no explination what so ever.
I can only think that they didnt like refunding the 15 people without punishing me bacause I knew the rules.
I have tried twice to open new accounts with different names and addresses but because I had to use the same paypal they always linked me.
Most reciently I opened a new account on ebay and paypal (unverified) in another name at my address and so far so good, I have purchased a couple of things and all has been well.
I waited a couple of weeks to try and sel,l went thru all my listing etc and then when I pressed list - it took me to paypal to set up automatic payments which I cant do as I have no card or bank account attached to the new paypal account and cant get one.
I managed to work a few things out and get this far myself but now im stuck :deadhorse:
So im here to see if anyone can help me ?

15 all claiming it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗? You sure you did not describe as 'like' such a designer... 15 people is a lot of people to all separately claim the same thing.

Have you read though the guide? If not, that is your first port of all.

Sounds like you had a nice idea (handmade stuff can be good) and I'm sure your intentions were good but from the buyers point of view, they prob thought you was one of the many ⊗⊗⊗⊗ sellers on ebay and prob didn't even read most of your product description!
