Question bill me later on PAYPAL & restricted acco

Like most I had a 546+ international as well as local positive, no neutral or negs on my feedback! Anyway, right before ebutt restricted me I purchased a item with bill me later. I set up a stealth everything except I did not provide bank info yet. Should I wait to pay off the item before starting stealth PAYPAL or will PAYPAL care that I have another account:surrender::surrender:
