Hi and welcome to everyone on the forum I am new in these forums and i am from abroad but live in the UK. A few months ago I started to sale on ebay personalisaded engraved jewelry when sales began to grow I decided to raise the limit sale and I got a reply from ebay mc008 eBay Account Limited - Verify Identity
I sent the documents but did not receive a response.
I was a little worried - service on eBay is rather useless they never do not know.

Best to change your flag to your current location :) People will be able to help you faster if they know your current location.

Which country was this eBay registered on? the UK or elsewhere?

With all of the Holiday suspensions they are handing out, their Trust & Safety team must be backlogged with request. You can try to ring them or reply to the email (if that option exists) to the original MC008 you received.

Chances are, that account is toast and you may need to start over with another.

And please note James' response...updating your flag will help others when replying to you. Advice can be different depending on your location.

I am logged on ebay uk.
Can anyone suggest how long I should wait for a response from eBay.
I read some forums and I found various notes mc010 mc008 if anyone knows what the difference between them. Will any of them is more serious and the other is more like warning?
