Hello! A friend of mine told me about this website, and I decided to join, mainly due to a problem I'm having with a stealth PayPal account of mine. PayPal wants me to submit a photo id and a bank statement. Any help is gladly appreciated!

If they want a photo ID, you will have to be creative on it....bank statement too...what is the problem with bank statement providing?

Providing ID to ebay and PP can prove to be difficult/challenging. Your best option is to go stealth / create a new stealth. You can also try to provide these documents, but chances are you are not going to get anywhere w/ them.

The bank I added to the Paypal was an Etrade account, which has also been limited for "suspicious activity" (and I've read that Paypal's gotten suspicious of accounts with Etrade). Is there some other online bank similar to Etrade but ok to use with Paypal?
