ebay has kicked my off. i has 10833 feedback 99% rating for 14 years.
i want to open a new sellers account, does anyone know if i can use my old paypal by just changing my e-maim address on paypal? and not like it to ebay??
i really need help.

Your new course of action is to learn stealth by reading on the forum and buying the stealth book to understand the fundamentals.

This is one of the fundamentals that is covered many times in the forum & book.

What you propose would not work. You cannot reuse any old information.
