Hello everyone

Hope this is right sorry just joined I am a ebay seller no issues at all with ebay in fact I am a top rated seller paypal however nightmare my account is limited one of those which say cannot be appealed aganist so here I am looking to fix it or get a new one (sorry about my spelling I am dylesix so its a mess I know )
