Hi People,
I stumbled across this amazing forum earlier today when looking for advice to get my PP account up and running again after it was limited earlier this week.
This came about because one of my Ebay customers recently opened a case in PP accusing me of selling him a counterfeit item. He was refunded and the case closed but PP still want me to explain all the ins and outs of my business because of this one lousy case.
So anyway, this week I went through one lengthy round with PP on the phone and thought I'd done enough to get them to lift the account limitation, but it wasn't, because today I got an email from them requesting a copy of my supplier invoices for products I'd purchased over the last couple of months, plus the suppliers name, address and phone number!
So now I reckon I'm screwed because the chances of them lifting the limitation when they find out my supplier is based in China have got to be extremely slim.
Should I provide them with a 'modified' invoice? Will they check it out? Will they actually phone the supplier?
Or would I be better off just walking away from my active Ebay account and that limited PP account and setting up some new stealth accounts?
Anyone care to share similar experiences with me and let me know what you did?
I've just bought a copy of the eBay Stealth e-book and I'm going to start reading it and acting on the advice within, like many seem to have done already, but I just thought I'd say a quick hello because now I've found this forum I've got a feeling I'm going to be a very regular visitor :lol: |
