Hello everyone. My accounts was suspended
 

Hello everyone, I just joined today.
I'm selling on eBay from few mounts and everything was going very well.

BUT from 1 week my account is suspended and BLOCKED. I know what is the reason but I would like to know is there any chance to save my account.
Whats happen actually is that I register personal account before 4 mounts, the my account was held for a week and in the mean time I register new account but as a business using my company but personal information was the same.

I never sell on the business account because after 1 week my personal acc was fine. After mount from registration of my business account I receive MC999 in the both accounts. Then my personal account was suspended and after few days was blocked and my business acc is still suspended. I text eBay trying to excuse my self that I'm register a business account by mistake because I wasn't see that I can upgrade my personal acc. They told me that the blocked account can't be fixed. They send my case to be checked again but I don't get ani respond from them. Is there any chance to save my business account?

Account sounds pretty dead to me

Best thing to do is start again IMO. eBay rarely chance there minds.

It will show you step-by-step how to get back up and running in no time.

The above posts are correct, but I would still email them. I would explain that I wanted to have a business account and I messed up and blah, blah, blah. Play dumb.

You may never get the accounts back, but I always prefer to TRY to save them since you have nothing to lose except the time it takes you to create the email.

Don't wait on that, however. Learn stealth and get some more accounts up and running. The best part of stealth is that is gives your business STABILITY - if you have 10 accounts and 1 gets shut down, you just lost 10% of your business, not 100%.

Thank everyone, I'll keep try to save my account. Any way I already buy ebay stealth and I'm starting again. I was thinking to buy a account for the beginning.
