Everything is great with eBay as long as I check my DSR every week and call to have unjust things removed. I am pretty new to ebay selling but as of right now it is my only sours of income. Everything I sell is on the up and up and I work very hard to do the right thing. It seems that does not matter as the subjective nature of ebay's system can hurt good guys while trying to catch the bad guys. I was down for 2 weeks recently of no fault of my own and spent many hours on the phone over many days trying to get someone to look at my circumstances. After 2 weeks I finally came out victorious on a appeal but that 2 weeks seriously hurt my family. As a computer geek I thought I should at least learn as much as I can and have backup ideas so my kids do not have to suffer as the result of bad policy, mistakes or a buyer who does not understand something.
I hate to feel like this is necessary but I hate even more seeing my kids go without for stupid reasons.
Looking to absorb all I can in case of emergency. |
