I'm a new desperate guy.
 

Hello Everyone, before i start, I'd like to thank everyone for taking their time to read my thread.

I recently got banned from eBay and paypal from selling computer. Reasons : We are experiencing problems with your account and we need more informations about you.... This limitation can not be appealed.
So I got off a call with the account specialist and all they said was " We are sorry We've experience inconvenience with your tradings and we can no longer provide service. We suggest you using another payment method".

After unccountable emails and phone calls, I can not get this lifted still.
I've purchased the Stealth Book and I'm planning to buy a VCC from 1 of the member. However, I have couple of questions here I'd like to ask.

_I'm planning to be just a buyer and sell local, so:

1) I've experience that after couple of big purchases ($700-$1500), Paypal will ask for your uitility bills, driver license. So if I buy these account and just add my debit card to pay, will I be good to go? or these stealth accounts have not been verified for those steps yet.

No, I would not suggest a debit card. You'll want to add funds via a bank account if anything..

Have you thought about creating a business PayPal account?

Buy a VCC and go stealth that's the best way for us....We are all on the same boat...

Hi. Business account is not an option for me right now due to my legal issue. I am currently an international student and not supposed to be doing that.

Hi.
May I ask a little more about VCC? Like will it eventually be caught and asked for verification?
Because I'm planning to rent an office and it's only $200 a month. I can pretty much do everything with it. However, I want to choose a route where I can last long without being limited again (and I chose to be safe to just be a buyer for at least a year) because I can't switch to another address. If I have to jump from account to account, I would rather rent a PO box or private rental storage (because if I get linked I can easily switch address)
