newbie

hi to all im new to the site and looking for sum help please. I have read the stealth book,trying to go stealth on ebay so yes i unpluged my router checked my ip yes it had changed so i got new email,new pay&go sim,opened natwest account,got a vcc of entro, i opened new ebay & paypal i used new address as well,i tryed to list an item and it took my selling allowance of me right away any one help please
