Do you mean the ACCOUNT is limited? Regardless of any limitations, they WILL give you the information you need to pay your taxes. They have to.

Or, do you mean that you won't go over the 200/$20,000 threshold and are not sure where to get the numbers from? Because if that is the case, then you can run a report on PayPal that will give you those numbers. You can then use them to calculate your taxes.
