I don't know much about Epic, but I do know that they use a proxy network, much like TOR. I would imagine that eBay, PayPal and any financial sites would have a problem with this. My advice would be to stay away from it.

Maybe someone will chime in who has actually used it, but I wouldn't feel comfortable using this when there are so many other options.

Yeah you should definitely avoid proxies, go with a reliable VPN or VPS instead
