Hi

This all started with Paypal limiting my account

I read the ebay stealth book and am trying to get a few things rolling.

Has any one used TOR to change there IP address?

Hi, welcome to the forum.

TOR and other tricky stuff will not work or will not last for long.

For the IP issue get an ISP which allow you to have dynamic IP so every time you switch the router off and on again you have a different IP address.

Another possibility is to have a dedicate VPN to run your account. You will have an assigned IP just for that connection.

Welcome to the forums friend.
Better research other IP solution and not use solutions that are closely monitored by ebay and paypal (such as TOR). Plenty of other way to do things and all can be found by searching for them here.
