Hi my account was suspended last year but 5 months ago i open a new account with a different name but same address and back detail. but never sold anything there yet. i only buy from there and they didnt fine out yet but now i want to started selling again but did not sell yet am scared if i sold any thing or lift my receiving limits paypal will fine out. Any advice and what should i change.

play it safe and create a stealth account with complete ghost info. no point in risking it with the same address.
