Hello, bad story here.
 

So .. I had an account on EBAY , like 8 years old. I got below standard like 2 years ago, i was below standard for maybe 6 months, i invested a lot in that account... then for 1 year i invested all my $ on it, just to create volumes and getting know by a lot of customers. I only made profit for maybe like 6 months... then boom, an idiot who bought many things from me begun to open an "claim" for around 80 items! low value items! and boom I got below standard.

I said it should be a problem , as I was I Only had an 5.1% defect rate, and of course I was below standard for 6 months sometime ago with no problems at all! So one day I read my ebay messages "Your account is redistricted because you are BELOW STANDARD". I Messaged ebay saying that i should be TOP RATE next month with 0.8% defect rate, and I already fixed that problem. Guess what? they were not giving a ****.

and yea for around 3 years i was cheated and scammed by different people on ebay, with ebay help of course. Even it is not doing anything. LAst idiot, i sent him an item twice, with tracking numbers, and he got the balls to open an case then press the "contact ebay for help" right after he signed for the package! In less 5 minutes ebay was giving him a full refund...

Well, if all defects come from a single person, it can be discussed with EB reps, as it is not normal, when you have no defects, and then 1 person opens 80 cases.

Seems like the best course of action is to give the complaining buyers a refund and block them.
