Three questions about Stealth Guide
 

Hi thanks for this great forum ! Just absolute newbee here, recently purchased Stealth Guide. Everything sounds pretty understandable to me but anyway I got three question for me hard to understand so maybe some of senior members here will help me to understand.
1/ In case I'll create 100% stealth account with just variation of real name, after few month will at least PP or even eBay demand verification. Is that day the last day of the account? It means - is each stealth account limited to 2000 £ total turnover?
2/ How is possible offer ready made account with more than 500 items allowance and just only few week old? If I understand good those account are mostly without ANY previous selling activity. I don't understand....usually every new privat account have just only 10 items allowance.....
3/How safe is using mobile hotspot according to IP address? It's really safe way?

1) I can't confirm that so someone else might provide insight

2) Usually, correct but there are rare occasions where limits on creation are higher

3) Safe as long as not public IP/shared IP
