new forum member here from the uk, ebay account is fine but paypal uk has limited the account due to it being at risk - many sellers still selling same items annoyingly.
interesting if i can buy account to use here for both ebay and paypal and if i can use vyprvpn to disguise ip as have very limited isp options and my ip remains the same all the time.....
