hi this forum seems very interesting and I hope to learn.

Now I have problems with amazon asking me to send fax, if you help me with that can give Spain credit cards, and paypal will not let me buy more than $ 350!

What is it that you want? Do you want to send a fax to Amazon from Peru? There are some free online fax services that let you send faxes for free even in PDF format. So, this means you can include your information in PDF form (like card copies, etc.), and then send the fax through any of these free services.

About your $350 limitation with PayPal, I am sorry, but I cannot help you with that.
