I'm new to this thread and I've been banned from eBay due to not having verified PP account, so they have suspended 4 of my eBay accounts which are more than 4 years old.

Welcome to the forum!

Its unusual for a PayPal account to be banned just for not being verified. Are you sure there was no other reason?

Welcome to the forums - if you want a proper analysis, more information is needed so...were you selling high-risk items? problematic items? As James wrote....that might not be the only reason...

Yes, they have banned me for not having a verified PP account, because recently US PP cannot be verified through just adding a prepaid credit card or a credit card, they need a bank account which under the same name as in PP, I was not a US citizen so I've got a problem adding a bank account in US, and I've argue with eBay that I don't like to add my bank account to US PP then within few minutes they have suspended my eBay account. I just had so much good feedback on all of my eBay accounts but they have banned me for selling again and recently all of my eBay account are affected and now I cant sell anything from any of those accounts.

But later I got to know how to create US bank accounts under my name or anyone eases name even without staying in US, but I have no idea how to create stealth accounts on eBay so I've bought an eBay stealth guide from aspkin.com and will start soon to create a new eBay stealth account.

my current problem is how to find US addresses to add to my new stealth eBay and good personal names to create the account.

No im not selling any high risk items, I'm good with iPhone unlocking, So I'm selling iPhone unlocking services through my eBay account, Also I'm doing this business for more than 3 years.

Recently I've start selling Casio wrist watches and all of them under $140.00 + Free Shipping.

The only reason I was got suspended due to not having the verified PP account and eBay is rejecting my listing to be published due to this reason, So I talked to them said I cant add my bank account to my PP because I don't like to do that, from that moment onward they have suspended my account even without an appeal.

Now I need to create a new eBay account is US,also need to know how to find a a name to add to my stealth eBay account, also a US address.

Yes, they've banned me for not having a verified PP account, Also I never sell high risk items, I'm selling iPhone unlock solutions because its not illegal and recently USA have change the unlocking policies so there is no illegal problem with that.

If I had an opportunity to talk with eBay and reinstate my account again I will definitely do that because those eBay accounts have good feedback left by my happy customers. Behind every good feedback my endless efforts are there.

But I don't have any appeal and now I need to create a new eBay stealth account also I really believe anything is possible.
