I had a successful business on etsy for many years. One day, without warning, my etsy account was put on 'notice' for some unknown reason. They wouldn't answer my email messages with anything concrete. I tried calling and spoke to a few helpful customer service reps who said not to worry about it. They didn't see anything noted against my shop that would warrant it being suspended. A few months later my account was suspended because they said my account was not up to their seller standards even though nothing had happened with my account other than one nasty review by a bully customer.
I have to make money to support myself so I opened up a store through shopify and Amazon. I have my own webpage, etc. but the traffic is not there like it is with etsy. The sales are not coming as fast as I hoped they would. I would like to get another store open on etsy and found this site explaining how to do it so I am going to give it a try. Seems like a great place to find information and help here. Thank you for this website! |
