hello everyone
 

I am a newbie! needs a little help.
I live in israel but an american citizen. my account has been closed for a year now. time to open a new one. would like to open it from the US. looks like there are so many ways to do stuff arround here I started getting comfused.. so do I open an account using a VPN for IP? I have an Alaska Address I can use but sims like they dont have servers in AK to look like the IP will be out of there or does it shows US in general.. any tips will be gladly excepted :)

Hey. What's up.

It doesn't matter what state the VPN/IP is in. All that matters is that it is a USA IP address.
