Entropay vcc

I created PP US + EBay US name, address; matched.

EntroPay
It does not work with US PayPal, when I want to buy on ebay.
But I can add card via PayPal US account.

Which countries produce another bin entropay?

How much did you load on the EP card? I have been using it on my US accounts.
