LOL @ neo-pavlovian method!! Sort of !! Believe me it works. They were conversations between 2 chineses. It doesnt matter if you dont know the vocabulary first - In fact it's best NOT to know. Then... you start to get the feel of the language's structure, start to note which sounds are repeated most. You unconsciously notice which words you need to know the meaning... or try to deduce what function do they serve. Then, once you find that word's meaning you will never forget it, and even know how and where to use the term. Its amazing how you can learn almost effortlessly with this method.
