I just happened to come accross this site while looking into information on Lobbay, the eBay account sellers????. I'm looking to create a new eBay id so i can start selling again. I had a legitimate selling id until paypal limited my account. The ebay suspended me. My paypal account is back up now but ebay won't reinstate my account again. I'm here for help.
