so i am reading the guide , i wanted to know if a new bank account is required to create a new paypal, i read others say they used vanilla visa gift card? does that gift card automatically create a new paypal account for you or i still need a new routing and account number.?

Welcome to the forum miks.

Bank account is used to verify a PP account and for withdrawals.

VCC is used to confirm address on the PP account and can be used to pay eBay fees.

Welcome to the forums friend.
Note that you can also buy a VBA in the seller section to get the verification of the paypal account done - although you cannot use this VBA to withdraw funds.

Thank you guys So to be sure firstly i would have to find a new bank account that has a routing and account number thats never been used before. In my situation though my friend, who has never used ebay created an account for me 2 weeks ago. what info would i have to use to create Paypal? during registration can i use a stealth name,address,and phone number to link the ebay account. After that i would need a VCC to verify the stealth address? I really dont wanna mess up. i just want one account i can stick to. Thanks again.
