New Victim Quite Weary & Very Leery of Paypal Spite

Hi, Everyone:

I just joined this site and feel quite betrayed by Paypal that made a decision to place a permanent limitation on my account with no right to appeal! That's a raw deal, as I write Web content for clients who now have no way to pay me.

I'd like to know how to get around this with an EIN or otherwise. Can anyone please advise ASAP?
