I tried Monese,it looks fine but i can't connect from my android.Maybe it is not alowed it in my country.

It seems that the Monese bank can be acces only from phone aplication.

If i will finaly create the bank account they will send mea credid card in Romania to withdraw the money from atm?

No US or UK bank are accepting non resident remote applications,some UK bank accept online applications but only from UK residents only.Besides,most UK banks do not accept non residents even if they go in person and have all requed documents ,due to many new anti laundery prevention regulations and all paper work attached to this issue ,so basically they have little to gain with non resident clients ,unless you open a premium saving account and put there £50,000 minimum...Even if you get a job in UK you might incounter difficultyn and ask your company to assist you in opening bank account for you salary deposit.

Please update us if have any succes with Monese,especially if it works with UK PP.

It is an APP so yes that would be correct

You can open an account with them from the rest of the EU without a problem

The bank account cannot be added directly to PayPal UK though
