I guess this is where I was referred to. I have been making a living of 5k a month off selling on ebay. So any suggestions what i have to do now? I know I can purchase stealth accounts with paypal but how would I cashout the money?

You cash out by adding your own bank account to the PayPal account and withdrawing like normal
